These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Netbodiam website maintenance subscription ("Service"), operated by Netbodiam ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Netbodiam provides basic, ongoing maintenance for an existing website you own or are authorized to manage. This includes:
The Service does not include building a website from scratch, complex custom development, advertising or campaign management, or long-form content writing. Requests outside this scope will be flagged and quoted separately — we will never perform out-of-scope work without your explicit agreement.
The Service is billed as a recurring annual subscription of $147 USD, charged automatically to your chosen payment method on the same date each year, until canceled. Prices are shown in USD and may not include taxes applicable in your jurisdiction, which may be added at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize Netbodiam and its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend the Service until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to the Service until that date, and will not be charged again afterward.
To cancel, email us at support@netbodiam.net or use the cancellation option in your billing portal, if available.
Because the Service is billed per month for ongoing work, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe you were charged in error, or if we failed to deliver the Service during a billing period, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

Netbodiam is a basic maintenance plan, not a full-service agency. We do our best to complete requests within 48 business hours, but response times may vary. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the scope of the plan or that we determine to be unsafe, illegal, or technically unreasonable to complete within the plan.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netbodiam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period, if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or by posting a notice on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
